Crisis Camp Philadelphia brought together disability advocates and policy makers, crisis mappers, domain experts, developers, first responders, disability studies scholars and students, assistive techology experts, manufacturers, users and scholars, international, national and local NGOs, film makers and people of all abilities around exploring and pushing the limits of Universal Design as applies to Disaster Mitigation through Innovation, Collaboration and Inclusion.

Our goal was to develop requirements and guidelines to support the initiative that started with CrisisCampDC: Improving technology and practice for humanitarian crisis management and disaster management.
